Group Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D

Groups that sponsor the Employers Advantage plan (self-funded) may choose to offer fully insured ancillary coverage. These coverage's are also available with the Value Added Service program in conjunction with Priority Health.

Dental

Options range from basic coverage to plans that include orthodontia treatment. There are no waiting periods for benefits, giving employees valuable and immediate coverage. The program is insured through TruAssure Insurance Company and features the DenteMax PPO network.

Vision

Vision coverage is an attractive and inexpensive option and a great way to round out your benefit package. Three vision plans are available; ranging from coverage for exams only to benefits that include coverage for exams and lenses annually. Benefits are insured by Vison Service Plan.

Life Insurance and AD&D

For employers that elect to offer life insurance coverage a minimum benefit of $15,000 is provided for each eligible employee. Larger coverage amounts are available as well (restrictions may apply). The program is insured through Amalgamated Life Insurance Company

Self-Funded Options

CAMADS can provide benefit administration services for both self-funded group dental and short term disability programs. When requesting a self-funded quote please submit documentation relative to claims and benefits. Stop loss protection is generally not needed for these types of plans.
