The CAM Administrative Services Privacy Statement
CAM Administrative Services takes the privacy of personal information entrusted
to us seriously. This page is intended to explain how we may collect
information, the type of information we may collect, and what information
we may disclose to non-affiliated entities. We may amend our privacy policy
from time to time. As required by law, we will send our current customers our
most recent privacy policy notice at least annually.
We collect non-public personal information from the following sources: information we receive from participants on an application or other forms; information about our client’s transactions with us, our affiliates or others (including, for example, claims submissions and medical information from health care providers and information from the insurers with whom the plan contracts). We do not disclose any non-public information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. Within CAM Administrative Services, we restrict non-public personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to our clients. We maintain safeguards to guard non-public personal information.
